The Trevor Project is a nonprofit organization that was established to promote acceptance for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning youth and to aid in crisis and suicide prevention among that group.
This month SKREENED is partnering with The Trevor Project for a T-shirt design contest that launched yesterday, August 3rd.
They will choose the top 5 designs to be featured on the SKREENED website to be voted on by the public. The individual with the best rating will receive a GRAND PRIZE- a $25 gift card and a free shirt of their design!

It’s been quiet on The Skreened Blog. You may have noticed a HUGE relaunch of our site now upat skreened.com.
We’ve streamlined, and added some powerful new features, as well as new products. So go snoop around.
Irregular Times
Almost since our inception, Irregular Times has been one of our biggest, most vocal, most prolific, and most valuable partnerships. We’re also lucky that at least part of the irregular times team is located in biking distance of the Skreened office in Clintonville / Columbus, Ohio. We’re privileged that he’ll take a meeting with us to talk about, among other things, the new affiliate program we’ve begun rolling out (more on that later, suffice to say, more money for nothing-ish).

Hey everyone.
It’s been a while since i’ve put anything out in blog-land. I’m helping out some friends at paul robinett aromatherapy candles today. They all went out of town for the weekend, and I’m holding down the fort here.
So, there’s been a lot happening on skreened since I posted last. We launched the new site design and architecture, and have been adding a whole bunch of features since then. Some of them include, RSS feeds, OSX dashboard widget, the design-face-off and more.
There’s still a lot on the way too. We’re working on an online shirt designer to expand the options from just uploading a picture. But even before that, we’ve got better stats coming your way, and a new store administration interface.
Google is being really sweet to us to. Traffic to the site from search is up about 700% in the last few weeks. A lot of that is thanks to you sharing your store RSS feeds, and titling, describing and tagging your designs. The internet really does work!

oh, and I just killed a gnat.
SO, SKREENED IS UP!! and order-able and all that. So this is the grand announcement, go buy some stuff.
Sure, we’re a little late. it was hard for a few days, but we’re at a stable platform and I’ve got no plans to stop building great stuff into the infrastructure.

So, after years of goodwill and free hosting from 1&1, I switched to dreamhost tonight for us.
Apparently 1&1 doesn’t cache sessions like dreamhost, or something, and it’s causing all sorts of chaos.
