Daniel here with an important reminder for skreened shop owners:

Please do not upload any unlicensed material to your skreened store. This includes the likenesses or names of celebrities which you have not first cleared with their lawyers. Still shots from movies, images you grab off the web, etc. . .

If you aren’t sure if the images you are uploading are an infringement of copyright, don’t hesitate to ask us via help@skreened.com.

Also: A heads up that our current removal practice is swift. If we feel a legitimate claim is made against any material in your shop by the authorized representative of the copyright, the material will be removed and any commissions will be subtracted from your ledger.

While we’re currently not removing accounts for infringing material, we do have to reserve the right to do that if repeated incidents occur.

So remember, part of being an Ethical Apparel company is that we don’t want to have a community which just takes others hard work and tries to profit off of it. I’m sure you’re all creative enough to come up with something original and new without violating the law.
